Orders are generally shipped within 1-4 business days of receipt. We only receive orders Monday through Thursday during business hours; Friday, Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days. If you need your order by a certain date, you may give us the date needed in the Message field of the order form; be sure you select appropriate shipping service. Allow 2 business days PLUS the shipping service you select for rush orders (4 business days for markers). We will do our best to meet your due date but cannot guarantee it. See the UPS Ground Delivery Map to help make sure you do not pay more than is needed for shipping. We will not refund any portion of shipping charges if you have paid more than is necessary.
NOTE: Orders totalling over $275 may not be shipped to a second party at a different address. They may be shipped to you at an alternate address such as your work or college address. If you need to request that we make an exception to this policy because of special circumstances, please call us at 847-520-7507.
ADDITIONAL FEES:
- Cancelled unshipped orders $100 or over will be charged an 8% handling fee.
- If you contact us after placing an order and ask us to make changes to the order, an additional $3.00 handling fee is payable for each time you contact us.
- If you give us an incorrect address and we have to contact UPS to make an address correction, you will be subject to a $15 service fee to cover what UPS charges us plus a handling fee for processing the correction.
We do not refund less than $5.00 in changed shipping charges.
THE $5 HANDLING FEE IS NEVER REFUNDABLE.
VERY IMPORTANT: Orders shipped via standard or priority mail (US or Canada) are not tracked or insured and will not be replaced for free if lost or damaged in the mail. There is no way to predict how long a package shipped by mail will take to reach you. Also, if you choose our limited area Priority Mail Shipping option and do not live in the designated areas (AK, HI, APO, FPO), we reserve the right to change the shipping method and charge additional costs to your card if necessary.
If you need your order shipped by US Express Mail, call the office at 847-520-7507 for a quote. US Express Mail is not available on orders shipped to APO addresses.
PAYPAL is available as a payment option but not through the internet store. Prepare your order and then copy and paste all information in an email to airgun@echoswebmagic.com. You will be sent a total and a reference order number. A small fee is charged to offset a portion of the high fees PayPal charges us.
NOTES FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
- If your credit card is issued by a US bank, the transaction is probably going to be declined. Just drop us an email and we will take care of everything.
- Canadian shipping options: For best and safest service, choose Global Express Mail (GEXP). Shipping by standard Canada mail or priority Canada mail is subject to the rules stated above. If you choose a US shipping option or a method that is inappropriate for your order which does not collect enough to cover your order's shipping charges, we reserve the right to change the shipping method and charge additional funds to your credit card.
- IMPORTANT: Be aware that if you choose Canada Standard shipping, UPS may ask for brokerage and other additional fees before they will deliver a package from the United States to a destination in Canada. See Rates for Customs Clearance Into Canada
